Projects are typically tied to City centers or corridor catalysts designed to create quality developments that attract jobs and amenities to the area.

Her background in marketing, economic development, and commercial real estate assures attention to every aspect of the client’s needs. Well-connected in the industry she brings valuable relationships to the process through colleagues in the industry nationwide and affiliates in banking, financing, accounting, and law.

Representing property owners and tenants, she has been involved in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of properties. Significant transactions include:

Acquisition of Pullman Yards from the State of Georgia
Leases with DeKalb County Government and the Georgia Department of Labor
Leases on behalf of Senior Services North Fulton corporate offices
Located biotech companies in opportunity zones near Georgia Tech resulting in high-paying jobs for tech graduates.

Prior to starting her own brokerage firm in 2017, she was with Ackerman & Co. for 17 years as an associate broker in their Brokerage Division. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and LEED Accredited Professional. She is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, She is licensed in the State of Georgia and Florida. Before transitioning to commercial real estate, Ms. Subbarayan was President of Infoservices International, a full-service marketing agency.
