CBD has represented solar companies in the acquisition of land for utility scale solar plants. With biomass companies CBD was responsible for site selection, feedstock and off-take agreements. CBD is engaged in identifying sites for a renewable energy company that processes coal ash for beneficial reuse in several U.S. states. CBD is also the exclusive broker for site selection for a multinational company that is in the pipeline and railroad infrastructure business.

Active in the Freight Advisory Task Force at the Atlanta Regional Commission, where Subbarayan was previously Chair of the task force, CBD is involved in projects that support the supply chain nationally.

Focused on bringing value to clients and the communities in which they locate CBD’s forte lies in establishing public-private partnerships where possible.
